Blue Fire – Bar & Grill

The Blue Fire derives its name from the 2 elements;
Water (Blue-Seafood with wines & spirits) & Fire (Warm & comfortable ambience)

The décor is most elegant & stylish with vibrant colours to please your eyes. A long bar with high suede chairs, an in house DJ from the U.K playing fabulous tracks, a large projector screen having a double view where one could sip a drink & enjoy the best, entertainment has to offer.

The Restaurant / Lounge has been done up carefully, comfortable & cushioned seating, a candle on each table adding to an excellent meal experience, the place is lit with huge candles in the evenings, giving the "Fire" touché. The Restaurant is divided into two parts; the inside & outside (Alfresco dining) with a total of 70 covers and ample space to move around and shake a leg or two.

The menu contains an extensive collection of wines & spirits and food selection to compliment its name. Food comprises mainly of non-veg (seafood) & veg. starters, just a few poultry items to include, a good selection of Salads, Sandwiches, Kebabs & desserts, with limited main course selection to change every 7 – 10 days.
The food is excellent & healthy as most of the selections are either grilled, pan fried or barbequed.
